Shipping Policy

At Slimplexa, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are our shipping guidelines:
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States.
2. Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are processed within one (1) business day.
Processing does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and destination.
3. Shipping Costs
Slimplexa offers free shipping on all orders—there are no additional shipping charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Slimplexa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for updates.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping provider first. If they confirm the package is lost, email support@slimplexa.com, and we will assess the situation. Slimplexa will determine on a case-by-case basis whether to replace lost shipments at no cost to the customer.
6. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Slimplexa will attempt to contact the customer via email before reshipping.
Customers will have the option to:
Provide the correct address and pay for reshipping fees
Cancel the order for a refund (minus the original shipping cost, if applicable)
If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the order may be automatically canceled and refunded (minus any shipping costs, if applicable).

Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Slimplexa. If you are not, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required to process any refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on Slimplexa’s part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Digital products or downloadable content.
Items marked as final sale.
Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Subscription-based services or memberships (if applicable) are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the subscription terms.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a return, contact returns@slimplexa.com with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days of return approval.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
